Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your package. To initiate the process, please kindly email us at maralecollections@gmail.com

Please do not send any parcels back without first contacting us.

For a return or exchange to be approved, all items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• In their original condition with all tags attached

Once your return is received and inspected, if it meets the above criteria, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original method of payment.

In the case of an exchange, we are happy to send out a replacement once the return is approved under the same conditions.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• We are not liable for any parcels lost, stolen, or unclaimed. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
